Compact Camera Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX10, has been released with 16.2 Megapixel, with screen Sony Exmor R sensor and image CMOS with an array of RGB color filters, which are incorporated into the Carl Zeiss Vario Tessar lens with 4x optical zoom. Equipped with Sony's 35 mm lens equivalent to 25 mm wide angle and telephoto 100 mm.

TX10 has been equipped with a strobe flash lamp with four capabilities that can reduce red-eye effects, there are also flash with range of 0.08 to 3.7 meters at wide angle, or from 0.5 to 2.7 meters at telephoto when using the ISO sensitivity automatic.
An automatic timer two or ten seconds enables photographers to get their own image, or to avoid camera shake caused by the pressure at the time of pressing the shutter button when shooting without a tripod. Photos and video can be recorded on the Secure Digital, SDHC or SDXC.
